Queen Anne Hill is a largely residential community, rising 456 feet above Puget Sound. Named for a style of architecture popular in the 1880s, the steep slopes made it one of the last neighborhoods in Seattle to be completely developed.

Our office is located in the heart of lovely Queen Anne. We are across the street from the Metropolitan Market between Howe and Crockett Streets. We are on the ground level for easy access. Free 2 hour street parking is readily available throughout the day on Queen Anne Avenue directly in front of our building, as well as on the side streets surrounding our block.
