Quick update. I feel like I need to count this week as the beginning of my round 1 of P90X, as feel so much better of that week of shock and awe on my body. I’ve made sure I’ve been receiving my chiropractic adjustments, and it’s helped me feel and move better. My chest and back workout went great, and I made it through all of plyometrics.
