P90X Chiropractic Challenge: Update

Posted on 03.18.10 |

Two days down and 88 more to go. Hoping this post will help keep me accountable.

My diet has been on target, although I should be getting in a few more calories. My body hasn’t been used to much exercise for a while and the fatigue I felt today during plyometrics I am attributing to my mono.

Looking forward to the remainder of the workouts this week, and if I think back to my very first round of P90X, my body felt soooo much better following Kempo and the X-stretch. Thinking I might have to push it a bit harder and may throw in some running just to get my body ready for more.

My muscles are fatigues and sore, and I am pretty sure some of the movement/strain has put me number one on the Queen Anne Chiropractic adjustment schedule tomorrow.

It feels great to me training again. Bring it.
