I feel like I have made some huge strides the past couple weeks with p90x. My diet has been strong, and my workouts are getting better.
Did you notice the Roger Maris/Barry Bonds asterisk?
Even though I had done a great job getting started, I am going to call a redo, and start over tomorrow. The last two weeks were a necessity I wasn’t expecting. The workouts will be at the intensity they need to be now that my conditioning is up a little.
It’s a little disappointing making this decision, but it’s the best for me, and my expectations. I have however kept my original photos, so i will include them in the process.
I believe I am finally past the carbohydrate detox, as I had a couple rough weeks with my attitude, sleep patterns, and overall feeling of wellness. In the process, however, my sinuses are clearing up and energy seems to be restored. My chiropractic adjustments are also holding much better.
Tomorrow it will be Chest and Back in the morning, and a 20 minute run in the evening.
Bring it. If anyone wants to join me, please let me know.
