P90X Seattle Chiropractor Challenge Update: Fail

Posted on 04.10.10 |

I didn’t work out yesterday. I admit it. I don’t think my Seattle Chiropractor Challenge is a failure yet, as I am still getting in great shape. It was so much easier when I had almost no responsibilities in my life. Go figure.

I’ve been having ridiculous sinus issues ever since someone took a liberty on me in August, and the ability to breath normally was almost impossible. Combine that with the pressure that had built up, no fun.

It was Shoulders and Arms day, which is probably the best workout in P90X. At least for me.

Today we have the first Annual East vs. West Street Hockey Game. I believe I will be playing for the East, as I was born in St. John, NB, opposed to considering myself a westerner growing up in Winnipeg.

Depending on how the game goes, I might try to sneak in the workout tonight.

Off to provide chiropractic adjustments!

Bring it.
