P90X Update: Lions, Plyo, and Yoga, Oh My.

Posted on 03.26.10 |

Quick update.

I feel like I need to count this week as the beginning of my round 1 of P90X, as feel so much better of that week of shock and awe on my body. I’ve made sure I’ve been receiving my chiropractic adjustments, and it’s helped me feel and move better.

My chest and back workout went great, and I made it through all of plyometrics. The big test will be Yoga X this week, as I struggled in a big way last week. My poor triceps.

My diet has been going strong, although I need to up my caloric intake to hit the weight goal.

Anyways, looking forward to getting this first month under my belt.

Bring it.
