Following my Legs and Back routine last week, it was time for Kenpo X. However, my legs and work schedule had other ideas. So Kenpo X happened today. The great thing was it is an easy work out once again. Instead of struggling through it like I have the first few weeks of the program.
Looking forward to Chest and Back tomorrow, and I am going to seriously bring it. Follow that up with a little Tae Kwon Do with Gordon, and it’s going to be a great day.
Stretching is feeling much better, and my body feels like it has finally stopped rejecting exercise. Being a veteran of P90X workouts, my body is responding better than it did the first time. I am expecting my results to be that much better.
Some of my chiropractic colleagues and friends have been into Crossfit for a while now, and I already have my eyes set on participating in it following this round of p90x. I have also seen some great results with a patient recently with Crossfit.
The thing that intrigues me about it, is the Crossfit team atmosphere. Obviously, training is an individual thing, but the groups that meet up with Crossfit seem to good motivation, and P90X is more of a private enterprise. I also like the idea of the Crossfit competitions, most likely until I try it. haha.
