Monday was the start date, and I feel lucky to have gotten my first missed workout out of the way. New start date for P90X, today, 03/16/2010.
I am going to do my best to document my journey. It isn’t my first go round with the P90X workout, but I have taken a year and a half as life an mono got in my way. No more excuses. I need to start setting a better example for my family, and the people I care for, since I find it difficult to give health advice if I am not practicing what I preach.
The great thing this time around is I know how to eat perfectly for the program, I have all of my own equipment at home, and I know what I’m getting into. I’m going to save the pre and post photos for the end, as I am planning something a little unique for the results.
The workouts are going to have to be in the morning. UHG.
Currently I am the only one taking the Seattle Chiropractic P90X Challenge, but my dad has been training with the program for over a year, and at least 20 patients have started in the past two years. If anyone wants to join along, or wants to just follow the progress before they start, just follow along. If any other chiropractors in Seattle happen to read this blog and want to get into excellent shape, let me know. Having the motivation and accountability is key to this program.
Bring it.(P90X slogan.)
